The Hot product guarantee

Start with the 100 credit pack. If you run it and do not find a single Hot or Super Hot product within fourteen days, write to us and we refund the pack in full. No questions asked.

This is a promise we make on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. We ask for that acknowledgement before delivering. If you did not give it, the fourteen days apply as normal.

To withdraw, use our withdrawal form or simply write to us.

Unused credits

Credits do not expire, so there is no need to use them quickly. If you have unused credits and no longer want them, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

When something goes wrong on our side

If a research batch fails because of us, the credits are returned automatically. If a digital product does not arrive or does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

To the same payment method you used, normally within fourteen days of us accepting the refund.
