Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you buy research credits or a digital product from us.

Who you are dealing with
These terms apply to everything sold on eanmatch.com by EANmatch, CVR DK-39223090, Hesteskoen 9, 9480 Løkken, Denmark.
What we sell
Research credits. One credit buys one barcode lookup on one eMAG marketplace. Credits do not expire.
Digital products. Blueprints, templates and guides, delivered as files by email.
Our services are informational. We report what the eMAG catalogue says at the moment we query it. We do not guarantee that any product will sell, and nothing here is commercial or legal advice.
How delivery works
Digital products and credits are delivered by email after payment clears, normally within one business day.
Research results are returned as a CSV file. We aim to complete a batch within fifteen minutes, but that is a target, not a contractual deadline.
Accuracy and availability
Our data comes from the official eMAG Marketplace API. If eMAG is unavailable, changes its interface, or returns incomplete data, our service is affected in the same way.
If a batch fails through our fault, we return the credits it consumed. That is the remedy for a failed lookup.
Acceptable use
Do not resell our output as your own bulk data service, and do not attempt to use the service to circumvent eMAG's own terms. If you connect eMAG credentials, you confirm that the account is yours and that you may authorise us to use it on your behalf.
Liability
We are liable for direct loss caused by our own fault, limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, or decisions you take on the basis of research results.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Danish or EU law.
Governing law
Danish law applies, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection rules give you the right to your own country's courts.
