eMAG Product Research

Research thousands of products at once, not one at a time

eMAG lets sellers look up a single product inside the dashboard, and offers nothing at all on the public site. Send us your barcode list instead.

Six fields for every barcode

These come back for every EAN, whether or not you have an eMAG seller account.

  • PNK

eMAG's internal product identifier, the key to everything else.

  • Product title

The official listing name as it appears on eMAG.

  • Brand

Manufacturer brand, so you can filter a catalogue by supplier.

  • Category & ID

The exact marketplace node the product belongs to.

  • Demand signal

Cold, Hot or Super Hot, straight from eMAG.

  • Direct link

One click to the live product page.

Two more, once you connect your account

These two are specific to your seller account, so they can only be answered with your own eMAG credentials. Connect them once and they appear in every future result.

  • Category access

    Your account

Whether your seller account is approved to list in that exact category. Answered against your own credentials, because the answer is different for every seller.

  • Offer status

    Your account

Whether you already have an active offer on that product, so you do not waste time on listings you already run.

How a batch runs

  1. 01

    Send your EAN list

Up to 2,000 barcodes per batch. We normalise formats, validate check digits and remove duplicates before anything is charged.

  2. 02

    Pick your marketplace

Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary. Each is a separate catalogue with different demand, so each is a separate lookup.

  3. 03

    We query eMAG directly

Batches of 100 go to the official eMAG Marketplace API. No scraping, no guessing, no stale third party database.

  4. 04

    Filter and export

Sort by demand signal, brand or category. Export the whole thing to CSV and take it to your supplier.

Questions

Where does the data come from?
The official eMAG Marketplace API, queried live for each batch. It is the same source eMAG shows sellers in their own dashboard, which is why it is accurate and current.
Why not just search eMAG myself?
You can, one product at a time, inside the seller dashboard. The public site does not offer barcode search at all. At 2,000 products that is a few days of clicking, versus a few minutes here.
What is a demand signal?
eMAG classifies catalogue products as Cold, Hot or Super Hot based on real marketplace activity. It is the fastest way to drop products nobody is buying before you commit stock.
What if a barcode is not in the catalogue?
You get a clear not listed result. That is useful in itself: it means no seller has created the product page yet, which is either an opportunity or a warning depending on the category.
Can I research several marketplaces at once?
Yes, but each marketplace is a separate lookup and costs a separate credit per barcode, because it is a genuinely different catalogue and different demand.
How do I get my results?
By email, as a CSV you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or feed straight into your listing tool.
